- 2009 - Recognizing a need for graphic design and web development services in French, ReneBabin.com is launched placing an emphasis on the community of Cape Breton, Nova Scotia and surrounding regions.
- 2005 - René accepted a position as Senior Designer with a Halifax based company offering web design and web hosting services. With this company, René worked closely with clients to provide tailored solutions aimed at increasing their bottom line and enhance exposure. From basic business card designs to complete internet shopping cart solutions, René's quality of work, project management skills and level of service created not only satisfied clients, but produced repeat customers as well.
- 1999 - After relocating to Halifax, Nova Scotia, René offered graphic design and administrative services to a light re-manufacturing company specialized in silk screening and embroidery. During this time, René produced numerous custom designs for garments and merchandise programs, managed customer accounts and product databases and performed office administrative duties.
- 1996 - René Babin began a career in the field of graphic design as team member of a small design firm located on the north shore of New Brunswick. With this firm, René Babin had the opportunity to work on the first e-commerce enabled website developed in Atlantic Canada and illustrated a book for North America's most exclusive salmon fishing club.
